Tonight we’ll not only have the first full moon of this year but also the biggest, brightest moon of all of 2010. Some scientists are even calling tonight’s phenomenon a “Supermoon” because it’s going to be so huge (30% bigger than any other full moon this year) and bright (14% brighter than any other), which means if you live somewhere with clear skies you’ll really get to see some impressive details not normally visible on the moon’s surface.
It’s gonna be cold but I can’t wait to see it. ![]()
